Ecco Fonic 109-B Tape Echo Unit - Serviced and Working

Ecco Fonic 109-B Tape Echo Unit - serviced and working by our excellent tech.  Very rare unit, circa 1960, one of the earliest guitar effects units ever produced!
The echo machine and parts were cleaned, mechanism reassembled and greased, missing fasteners replaced, heads cleaned, tape replaced, fuse holder and power indicator light properly installed, all failed connections, broken wires and detached components re-soldered, the recording head high carrier bias adjusted, the feedback circuit was modified which restored the reverb function. An attempt to repair the carrying handle was made. Missing rubber grommet that goes on the top plate of the tape cartridge and the "C" clamp ring that goes on the end of the cartridge shaft. Everything was reassembled and tested.
