The pedal has had a common mod performed in order to make the pedal more usable with guitar, the level pot has been replaced with a 500k Alpha pot. This makes the pedal sound better with the guitar, and most people consider this essential if you plan to use this pedal with the guitar.

Other than that, some of the screws that hold the back plate on are not original.
